Being a teen is often a difficult time & space to navigate. Between social issues, education, home life & the hormone monster, I believe our teens need extra support to navigate this minefield. I offer my experience as a Secondary Teacher, Yoga Teacher & Health Coach to help equip teens with tools & strategies to understand & manage stress & anxiety in a holistic way.
