This is for the people who like more information. I get it, you love to feel into the words, to swish them around in your mind & body like a fine wine tasting. (or cheese, mmmm cheese!)

You deserve a joyful & rich life. Everyone does!

But, are you accidently (on purpose) getting in your own way (oops!)

Friends, we've been sold a lie about life.

You don't have to be at the mercy of life, to be chewed up like a piece of fatty meat & then spat back out!

There is another way, & it doesn't have to be hard.

Change can be easy! It is really just a willingness to let go of resistance, addiction to drama, unhelpful stories that have you looping over your past, or the mysteries of the future.

I offer you freedom from the limiting beliefs & stubborn habits, beliefs & ideas about the world, that just aren't serving you any more. Because everything works, until it doesn't!

A lighter more intentional, kinder life is just on the flip side of us working together. Or with another coach/mentor.

I believe that one day everyone will have a coach, and what a world it would be if more people had a mentor to support them. If you read my home page or about me section, then you know I know this from personal experience too. But let's not trauma bond, I already assume the humanity in you & have unending compassion for your life experience.

We're all humans with incredible life stories, one not better than the other, just different. But let's turn the challenges of life into something epic! Let's flip stories & personal experiences into nourishment for personal growth & a thriving life.

Wellness is a concept. A concept that is completely unique to each of us, because we all have different needs to feel well, to have a sense of wellbeing. this is why I don't have a program outline, your wellness is not linear. It has to be experimental & practiced to see what is your wellbeing sweet spot.

I cultivate a safe space where holistic health & wellness can be explored, but created by you!

As a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, I’m all about overall human & planet well-being. I have the tips & tricks to help you here, whatever your specific health & wellness needs & intentions are. 

As your Health & Wellness Coach I’m a guide on the side. 

Someone totally objective, who helps to keep you accountable for your individual & specific health & wellness goals you have. No diet plans or rules. Simple guidance & support to help you be your own best guru.


I practice a holistic approach to health, wellness & wellbeing, which means that I look at HOW all areas of your life are connected. 

I can help with Primary Food, this includes; relationships, social life, joy, spirituality, home environment, home cooking, career, finances, education, health, physical activity, & creativity. 

And Secondary Food, the actual food that you eat!

Have you heard of bio-individuality? It's this thing that makes us all different and completely unique. Being familiar with your bio-individuality is the key to unlocking some major health changes to supercharge your world. And this is why I don’t have a curriculum for you to follow, you are not from a cookie cutter my friend.


This is a tailor made experience for you, as it happens each session.

As your coach, let me be a shoulder to cry on, an arm to lean on & a foot to kick you up the backside (when you need it).  Let me be your cheerleader & your accountability partner as we bring your life to,!

Personally, after doing it alone for longer than I like to admit. As soon as I accepted help, my personal evolution took off! Even as a coach, I have a coach & I’ve had many coaches & mentors for a number of different things in my life.

What is your time worth to you? After all, it is our greatest currency right.

I particularly love to dig deep, to the nitty gritty of what makes us human. I believe so deeply that mindset is the foundational key to all outcomes, be that desirable or not!


The mind is magic!

Everything is working for us, be it supportive or not.  Either way it works, we just might not like the outcome.

(By now you also know that I love a quote too! lol)

Sometimes it is just the difference between the awareness of something being helpful or not that lifts the hand breaks so to speak.


This is where Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) confidently struts in the room!

What is NLP?

What is nlp? (Neuro Linguistic programming)

NLP is a hybrid science including personal development, psychotherapy & Ericsonian hypnosis.

“NLP is the application of the psychology of excellence; a system of rapid evolution of ourselves, and others using life transforming sciences. NLP is a set of specific techniques that deliberately restructure the brain’s thinking, and the body’s behaviours, towards positive functioning - by aligning the conscious with the unconscious mind.” Hayley Carr

Our entire human experience is made up of 3 main influences.

Neruro - the nervous system taking in the world around you through all of your senses.

Linguistic - relating to language. How we communicate to ourselves & others but also others preferred representational systems & their model of the world.

Programming - like a computer our brain has software that is installed from how we consume the world around us. Made up of our beliefs, ideas & values. With NLP we get to decide what software to install. 


This makes me so excited for all the possibilities that I can offer you! It also makes me personally excited for all the growth that I have had in a short space of time!


As someone who has always noticed the cogs in my melon turning from a very young age, NLP is giving me the tools & access to my brain & body. You might say though, Ash you already have that!

And yes, to some degree you’re right we can be aware. I talk about the awareness muscle regularly, in yoga, on my social media, with clients. And this can take us far, but sometimes we have to shake things up!

As my coach says “NLP is like having the owner’s manual to your own mind.” NLP is like the autobahn, the fast lane to effortless change! Like changing change in fact.


Now rather than skirting around the edges of change for long periods of time & either forcing or will things to be different, NLP takes the resistance and strain out of change. It doesn’t have to be such a fight or battle.


We’ve been told that change is hard, I’ve probably said that too & if so sorry, my bad!

I don’t mind thinking, but I do find that there are A LOT of repetitive thoughts happening up in this fruit salad of a mind.

Think about it for a moment. What is something that you would love to change?

Like someone who is into essential oils & you have an ailment… Their response is usually, "there’s an oil for that." The same is true for NLP. There is a process & technique for EVERYTHING! I’m now that person too who says "there's a process for that."

This was the missing link in my coaching practice. And to be honest my own personal development too. It gives us language as to why we do the things we do and how to shift & if needed obliterate them on a DEEP unconscious level. 

This is the programming part (all of our understanding of the world is programmed into our subconscious mind, the way we take in & make meaning of the world through our personal experiences.

We all know what to do, don’t we.

That’s easy to find that information. Albeit sometimes confusing with all the information that’s out there, but still there’s endless websites, & social media accounts telling you how to be healthier, happier & richer! It can be overwhelming.


I get it & I can help you here too. 

BUT, what I'm REALLY interested in is WHY we don’t do the know we should/could do & want to do!


That is where the nuggets of wisdom can be found. In the 6 inches of fruit salad between your ears. 


It just takes a willingness to go there. It doesn’t have to be scary or be a complete dark night of the soul kinda thing. Change can be as easy as you let it be.

It usually doesn’t feel easy when we over identify with the thing/s that is keeping us stuck. 

Us humans have an incredible ability for self preservation even without us knowing! 

Yep, it’s mind blowing. We will do things that we know aren’t helpful because it is more comfortable than the discomfort of changing it!

The conscious mind protects us from pain & the subconscious mind helps us to survive. They are the dream team from keeping us in an protective (but sometimes unhelpful) loop. They must be given respect.

However, they can also be the dream team for joy, ease, peace, adventure, curiosity & freedom. It is just a matter of perspective.


So . . . 

Do you want to stop drinking or eating particular foods?

Do you have limiting beliefs that are holding you back?

Do you have anxiety, depression, fears that consume your life?

Do you need help regulating your nervous system?

This is an extensive list isn't it. And I’m sure you could identify with at least one thing on the list. I absolutely could in that past and still can, I’m human AF.

I’m here to support you, if you want to change some persistent habits that aren’t serving you, but you struggle & berate yourself for not having the ‘will power’, (that’s a good way to make yourself feel shit too right!).

Maybe it’s the same niggling body aches & looping thoughts, I’m here to help you get to the bottom of it & obliterate it.

We’ll discover what is really beneath the surface of it all! At least from a cognitive & lifestyle level, I’m not a medical professional & much to my disappointment I don’t have x-ray vision, sorry.

But what I do know, is that when we allow ourselves the space to heal in all layers of our being, our wellness improvers and so does our quality of life! That's what it's all about, quality of life & joy. were here for a short time only friends, let's try to enjoy it!

This isn't just any talk therapy. My coaching is a fusion between Western & Eastern science, wisdom & body intelligence. I bring together my knowledge in Health, Wellness & Well-being, Yoga, Meditation & NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). 

They compliment each other so beautifully. This is a multimodal approach to life.

This is a whole body, mind & soul experience because we are an ecosystem, not a machine. 

We are not just this meat suit with a brain. We are multifaceted beings that have been dragged up in a modern world that is discouraging our true multi dimensionality as energetic beings. … did I lose you with that woo woo? Lol 

You can't just isolate one part of the body or the mind & expect the whole ecosystem to change. 

All of us, the physical to the intangible, is completely & beautifully interconnected & woven together like a mind blowing tapestry.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens & your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others & how to strategically use that feedback.

Just because I don't have a 'structured' week to week packages, doesn't mean that there are any limitations to what we discuss. I can go to all the places. The the seemingly superficial (but very important), to the deep nitty gritty of what it is to be human. I love this human stuff, it makes us so interesting & magical!

We will discuss your current health status in all facets of life, not just nutrition or movement. But, where you would like to go, so that I can gather a good idea of how I could assist you best & if I'm the right person for you.

We will talk about the three main areas of concern for you at the present time. And I can ask some big hitting questions to get you thinking too.

I'm not here to be sleazy & sell you anything. You've dropped into my world because you need support, you like my take on life & humour & you're ready for a life audit! 

I'll give you the low down of my services & what to expect & all that jazz. Hopefully it feels right for you, we'll begin our Health Coaching sessions very soon after.
