Meeting with me for 60 minutes every fortnight over a 3 to 6 month period, you will:

  • Learn about the produce that will best fuel your body

  • Test recipes that are healthy, tasty & practical for your lifestyle

  • Pinpoint habits & cravings & learn how to replace them

Wellness Coaching

Maybe you’re sad.  Maybe you’re not.  But maybe you’ve just got a nagging feeling that you could be happier.  Life shouldn’t be ho-hum.  It’s your life!  Live it big! 


Over a 3-6 month period, we will meet for 50 minutes each fortnight and I will help you:


  • Learn how to quiet the busy mind so that you can see your life with clarity

  • Practise gratitude & mindfulness for greater fulfilment

  • Reflect on your path & your choices to reclaim ownership of your life

  • Replace negative self-talk with affirmations & intentions

  • Practise self-love & make yourself a priority

  • Unearth your passions & purpose & help you manifest them in your life

  • Reflect on your relationships & help strengthen your connections to your soulies

My Approach

As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I practice a holistic approach to health & wellness, which means that I look at HOW all areas of your life are connected. Working with me, we will explore where you can make positive changes within my 3 health & wellness principles: Mind, Body & Connection

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens & your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others & how to strategically use that feedback.


Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames & actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

I’ve always been the kind of person who needs to talk things through out loud to come to the answer I need – I found the wellness blueprint was a great way for me to talk through and identify what some of my personal goals are and to set some realistic steps that I can take to start me towards that. Ash was great at helping me to find strategies that I could work into my busy schedule without difficulty. I have a keen interest in holistic approaches to health, however, I haven’t always been sure how to implement this into everyday life. I wanted to improve my relationships with my family & the people I consider to be my village. I wanted to reconnect with myself, particularly my emotional & mental health.

For years (ok, a lifetime), I have put off self care in place of parenting, domestic goddessing, work, adulting etc.

Ash I would like to take a moment to truely appreciate your craft, talent and overall energy.


Throughout my career and mama life I have struggled to truly understand my wellness and mindset that I needed to succeed in all aspects of my life. 12 months ago I began my journey of wellness… or what I understood wellness to be at the time. I started a fitness challenge, I worked on my food and I tried really hard to practise mindfulness activities “regularly”. I needed to make a change. I was feeling stressed, overwhelmed, unfocussed and exhausted which was leading me to make choices out of convenience to get me through another day. I reached a point where I realised I just had to make change happen now and knew I needed some guidance and advice on how to do it. I went in without knowing exactly what I needed or wanted and Ash helped me to identify goals based on my ramblings!  Half way through Ash’s health coaching sessions and I feel like a new person.
