  • Establish your health goals and a clear vision of what you want for your body

  • Audit your panrty and clean out your cupboard

  • Learn about the produce that will best fuel your body

  • Test recipes that are healthy, tasty and practical for your lifestyle

  • Pinpoint habits and cravings and learn how to replace them

  • Get strong, get healthy, feel sexy

 

Wellness Coaching

Maybe you’re sad.  Maybe you’re not.  But maybe you’ve just got a nagging feeling that you could be happier.  Life shouldn’t be ho-hum.  It’s your life!  Live it big!  Over a 6 month period, we will meet for 50 minutes each fortnight and I will help you:

 

  • Learn how to quiet the busy mind so that you can see your life with clarity

  • Practise gratitude and mindfulness for greater fulfillment

  • Reflect on your path and your choices to reclaim ownership of your life

  • Replace negative self-talk with affirmations and intentions

  • Practise self-love and make yourself a priority

  • Unearth your passions and purpose and help you manifest them in your life

  • Reflect on your relationships and help strengthen your connections to your soulies

My Approach

Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat?

Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.


I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at HOW all areas of your life are connected. Working with me, we will explore where you can make positive changes within my 3 health & wellness principles: Mind, Body & Connection

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

 

We meet, we chat, we vibe.

 

We figure out what it is in your life that’s not quite cutting the mustard and we try to fix it.

 

Whether it’s during a coffee catch up, lounging by the river or just a simple meeting in my

office, I help you set goals and develop strategies to improve your physical, mental and

spiritual wellbeing and keep you on track to living your truest, best-est life.

 

Not just that, my process is about self-empowerment.  I want you to be able to walk away

from our sessions knowing that you now have all the tools necessary to nurture your own

wellness and maintain a sense of peace, equilibrium and fulfillment

Accountability isn’t a dirty word!

 

It can be sweaty.

 

It can be silly.

It can be serious.

It is always supportive.

 

But never dirty.  Not with me.

 

 

As your coach, let me be a shoulder to cry on, an arm to lean on and a foot to kick you up the backside (when you need it).  Let me be your cheerleader and your accountability partner as we bring your life to, well...life!

This package is ideal for a complete health & wellness new-by or someone who has veered off the health and wellness magic carpet. This blueprint session is about going back to basics to re-fresh & renew.

You will leave with a mini toolkit & plan of action steps to implement in working towards helping the mind & body de-stress, detox & relax. While rejuvenating the connection to yourself, loved ones and purpose.

You'll feel inspired, motivated and have new direction & tactics to make shifts in daily  habits. This back to basic approach has the ability to facilitate considerable change if it is maintained with regularity and consistency!

I provide space to discuss and discover how you can make small daily shifts in habit & mindset to curate a calmer and more sustainable lifestyle, where health and well-being are a priority. I support you to master the basics, so that you can live with more presence, attention & intention to your beliefs, stories & values so that you can live in alignment with your desires.

This package includes 6 one-on-one sessions over 6 weeks. This time frame may suit you if you want to make fast change. (If you prefer more time, we can meet every 2nd week)

FIND YOUR ZEN- 18 SESSION PACKAGE

In this package we dive DEEPER again. Perhaps things have been going south for a while now & you feel like more time to really delve into the nitty gritty of your habits & beliefs is the right thing for you now. 

Maybe you are feeling that your work life balance doesn't even exist. In fact work is unsustainable! You feel overwhelmed and anxious most of the time. You are fatigued and running on empty. You are mentally & emotionally exhausted, which then impacts your mental health. Don't forget about the brain fog on top of that. You have lost all connection to your mind body & spirit. As well as your loved ones.

You try to eat well but have limited nutritional knowledge. Which then leads to self-loathing. On top of this the chronic stress is weakening your immune system, causing inflammation & toxicity in your body and you start to or have developed an autoimmune disease.
