Maybe you've been on a retreat before, & perhaps not. Maybe this is your opportunity? I deeply hope so, & not out of desperation, but because I know how hard it can be to put yourself & your needs, wants & desires first.

I took myself on my first solo, international retreat to Sir Lanka, in January of 2020. It was one of the best things I've done for myself. It was heaven not having to think about someone else's needs. . . Bliss!

Retreats can be powerful & fun too!

It is simply a space to press pause, to slow down, to nourish & nurture yourself.
We all need that right!?

I love curating events & space for people to reconnect to self. For me, one way I do this is through yoga, time in nature, good food, adventure & connection to others.

I can not tell you how excited I am to have created this for you! It has been a long time coming.
​​
Next Winter, join me & a group of beautiful humans (maybe your friends), in beautiful Bowen Mountain, in the Blue Mountains, NSW, for a weekend of yoga, soul time, delicious food made by our personal chef, deep relaxation, nature & adventure. And most importantly if it is what you are craving...sweet nothing! You'll have time for sweet nothing.

As mentioned, I know the joy of going on retreat personally too. All it took was for me to actually listen to my inner voice, & to say yes!
Of course there are logistical things at play. But if you don't ask, you don't get!

Why go on retreat though?
​
Committing to a retreat can be a great way to encourage space for deep rest. ( I wish I learnt about the impact of deep rest & stress before I burnt out in my High School Career. )
​
Retreats are a beautiful opportunity to unwind, let go of stress, meet new like minded people, to connect deeply to self & reflect on what is & isn't working for you in your day to day life.
​
And my personal favourite, to be spoilt! To have someone else do the things for you & spoil yourself by giving yourself permission to have this time to just be & receive the goodness of the experience.

So, if you are in need of a deep RESET & nervous system recalibration. Perhaps to reconnect to self & rediscover the wonder of resting to restore... keep reading.

This retreat is the perfect little RESET for your nervous system. It may give you just enough space to recalibrate your focus, & your mind & body for the days, weeks & even months ahead. Or until the next retreat!

Ultimately this is your retreat & your experience, so choose your own adventure. You can join me in the itinerary that I have planned, or you can opt out, chill out or take yourself out. The things I have planned are simply an invitation, nothing is compulsory.

Our accommodation is a delightfully simple home on a 5 acre property, with 6 rooms, 10 beds & 4 bathrooms. It is surrounded by bushland, beautiful views from 2 decks & has a salt water solar heated pool.
​​
The owners are also working hard to regenerate this beautiful land. This property was her loving childhood home of the owner & it is now having second life hosting retreats & bring more joy into the world.
​
This is the perfect place to unwind from the stress & tension of life.
I love that is it is so accessible from the city or the Blue Mountains.

We'll only be a 5km drive from Kurrajong town centre, where you can explore this sweet village before or after the retreat too.

This retreat is great for people coming with a partner or friend/s, perhaps one that you don't mind sharing a bed with.
BUT, you can absolutely snap up a single bed as a solo retreater or share a room with a new friend. All rates are per person anyway.
​
I know there are some ‘yogaphobes’ out there lol, so please let me assure you that there is no yoga experience necessary to attend this retreat. This retreat is not prescriptive, it is always an invitation to come on an adventure with me, or an invitation to choose your own adventure.

Twice daily yoga, meditation & pranayama led by me. Dynamic & energising yoga in the morning & yin/restorative in the late afternoon. Suitable for all levels of experience. (No yoga experience necessary)
